Nhat Ha L'Opera Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to popular attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the War Remnants Museum. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and I loved the complimentary coffee and beer each day. However, the noise from the mezzanine during events was quite disruptive, particularly on the higher floors.

My stay at this hotel was frustrating due to its unsatisfactory service, especially during a special occasion like New Year's Eve. While the location was great and the room was clean, the staff's lack of communication about package details was disappointing. I felt misled about what we paid for, which overshadowed the positives. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience, this might not be the right choice.
